Tweaking OSX Screen Capture formats.. PNG / JPEG / PDF / TIFF / GIF

Assuming that you already know the shortcut key on how to capture screenshots within OSX, you’d notice that these captures are defaulted to be of PNG format. With this tip from Mike Watkinson on MacProVideo, he shows us how we can easily change the capture format before performing the screen capture. Follow this simple code from Terminal and you’d have less hassle on re-formatting your captures.

The other method is by using an App called TinkerTool explained in the original post in MacProVideo’s site.
